Mint adds flavour and elegance to many dishes, from salads to desserts. It also finds its place in tabbouleh, salsa, smoothies, fruit salads, teas and herbal teas, grilled meats… not to mention the famous mojitos.
Ideal for refreshing yourself in summer or to add a holiday vibe year round, our alcohol-free mojito recipe is simply the best.
To vary the flavours, add strawberries, raspberries or small pieces of watermelon. You can also replace the sugar with stevia leaves (the plant is pretty and very easy to grow!), sweeten the drink by increasing the proportion of fruit, use flavoured sparkling water instead, or replace it with a soft drink.
This recipe also works well for making sorbets or popsicles!
